Redecorating

I decided to be creative last night and made some changes:

I know it may look like I'm in love with the color blue. Quite frankly it's difficult to mix in any other colors without it looking like My Little Ponies Supergroup Base. And too much maroon is a little too gentleman's club. I mean with smoking jackets and port and lots of oak, not strippers.

I also took out the two workbenches because we weren't using them for anything. They're mostly for defensive items. I figure we can just call one up if we have the need for something specific. That probably won't happen until we have more space, so I'm not that concerned with it. The two buffing stations are still there, along with some trophies and pictures of our esteemed collegues in justice.

I may continue to tweak it, so be sure to tell me what you like and what you don't.

Love the maroon. Truthfully, I like when we all decorate the base a bit. Adds a personal touch to otherwise empty rooms. I don't feel guilty at all, since Flambeau's been raking in the Prestige for the group, I figure I can put in a couch or two with a clear conscience... : )

Yeah, well, you didn't see what I did to the entrance. I must have just forgotten to take a pic, but it's almost entirely redone.

Because I hated it.

I'm pretty sure you had put that together way back when.

I think you'll like it.

As for couches...
Did the Superfriends have couches? No - they stood and they LIKED IT! :)

No sweat. I'm sure I'll dig whatever you did. Lord knows I'm not the Martha Stuart of the CoH base-building clique.

I seriously both love and am confused by base changes every time I visit anew. I haven't been to the base since last night, but these pix look awesome.

I've no preference, be it maroon or blue. I consider the whole thing to be a constant work in progress.

I did very much dig the lounge area. Last night was the first time I saw it. Our SG branding strikes soething in me.
