Not much longer to 50. Got online with Peltier this weekend for a bit running teams in PI and leveled to 45 toward the end of the session. Build-wise, he's pretty much decked out. I still have to pick up Hibernate and PermaFrost, but neither of those are really significant. The build is tough enough that Hibernate is a little redundant and PermaFrost is mostly just to plug a hole in his damage resistance to Fire, a mule for Psi Resist IOs, and also slow resistance (for those damn Knives of Artemis caltrops) for better Tanking.
I'm reconsidering putting in Hibernate, since anything that can kill Peltier does so extremely rapidly. I was fighting Antimatter (L47 AV) and it seemed like he 1-shotted me at least three times. Could have been lag, etc. but Damn. In those situations, even if I had Hibernate, I doubt I could have clicked the power in time to avoid faceplanting... Part of the tradeoffs for a Defense based set, I guess...

Peltier Justice hits Security Level 45

Peltier's up to Security Level 47 now, with some good progress toward Level 48. He's picked up PermaFrost and I plan to three-slot it with Impervium Armor for the +3% Psi Resistance and the +1.88% Psi Defense it offers. The added +2.5% recovery is icing on the cake. The added fire resistance and slow resistance is appreciable. I ran full speed through caltrops on one mission and they didn't slow me down... Sweet.
I'm doing the Maria Jenkins AV arc now, and so far I have Antimatter, Neuron, Chimera, Infernal, Nightstar, and ShadowHunter under my belt and I'm looking forward to Tanking the rest of the Praetorians. Tanking +3 AVs gets tough although the toughest so far was AntiMatter. He was smacking us for 1000 damage per hit and was debuffing the crap out of us in the process. Two full team wipes trying to take him down, and he was only +1 to the team. Ouch.

Leveled Peltier to 48 tonight since Rob and Eric were out for the evening. Pretty standard stuff, running Portal missions in the Unai Kemen arc. Werewolves, Malta, and Praetorian robots including Neuron (again). That AV just keeps turning up like a bad penny...
