Yep, after a very fun ride filled with lots of education about how the hell to play a squishy Blaster, I finally leveled Pat up to 50. He's currently sitting on 45.24% Ranged Defense, global 57% accuracy bonus, and 40% global recharge (when Hasten is down). Recovery is solid and I can go non-stop with AoEs and single-target even in AV fights by de-toggling Tough and World of Confusion. Insane Blaster damage coupled with soft-capped Ranged Defense = monster on wheels, gentlemen. Very impressive end-product.
In case you were wondering, that's zero to fifty in two months, 12 days.

That's sooooo choice. Seems like just yesterday I was SK'ed to that purple bubble and fabu armor around town...watching him practically tank. 2 months 12 days, and that powerful global recharge aside (me jealous), I think Greg needs to start getting additional credit for the Triumph teams he builds. I mean, we know the PUG problems we face in general, no less on Freedom. Pati's quick 50 is a beauty to behold in and of itself, but Greg's new savvy for putting together solid teams who know what they are doing is all part of that rise to power. It's just as much strategy as slotting and working the numbers and it shows in Patination.
Great job boyo. Seriously, you have to keep bringing him out for special content and play. He's great to watch. An inspiration.
Thanks Rob. I helped Aili get to 50 and man... Soft-capped and badassed is defintely the impression. I was soloing +2 spawns sized for an 8-man team with 3-4 bosses each with ease. Felt like the rest of the team was along for the ride.
Now I just gotta figure out what the next "project" is.
